1 teaspoon of mustard seed (10 g)
1/2 cup tree nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.) (100 g)

Put oil in a frying pan. When the heat rises, add mustard seeds, nuts, ginger, and curry powder. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice and lemon juice and stir well. Cook until the rice is hot or for 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Mushroom Risotto made from rice

1 onion (40 g)
2 cups of rice (400 g)

1/2 butter (50 g)
1/2 cup of white wine (50 ml)
Ground Parmesan Cheese (For Flavoring)
1 1/2 liters of vegetable broth (celery, carrot, onion, garlic)
2 cups mushrooms. You can use your favorite mushrooms, such as the Portobello mushroom (400 g)

Prepare a vegetable stock. Add 2 liters of water to the pan. Cut large slices of celery, onions, carrots and garlic into a saucepan. Sprinkle some salt and boil over low heat for 35-40 minutes. Store the finished broth separately.
Trim and chop mushrooms. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan with olive oil and some garlic and fry until lightly browned. Store mushrooms separately.
Dice the onions.
Pour olive oil in a large pan and add onions. When it is transparent, add the butter and stir well.
Add rice and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until brown.
Add white wine and continue stirring to evaporate the alcohol.
Add a scoop of mushroom and vegetable broth and stir in a circle.
When the broth is almost gone, add one more ladle and stir well. Repeat this process a few times.
When the rice is ready (cooked for about 17 minutes), turn off the heat and add the parmesan cheese and a spoon of butter.
