How To: Survive a Sick Day
– Relax; don’t push yourself too hard. Taking a break and just relaxing will make you feel better.
– Take medicine; obviously this is done but make sure to take a prescribed medicine to get better quicker.
– Take a hot bath; this will calm you and open your sinuses, and help you breathe easier.
– Drink hot tea; tea is not only great for your body in general but it will open your sinuses.
– If you have a stomach ache; put a warm object on your stomach and rest in a comfortable position.
– If you have a headache; drink lots of fluids. Especially Gatorade or PowerAde drinks.
